Empowering Mission-Driven Organizations with Ethical AI

Unlock AI's Potential with Inclusive, Trauma-Informed Solutions

The exploitative systems are already automated.

AI is denying insurance claims at scale. Screening out job candidates based on algorithmic bias. Tracking workers' bathroom breaks. Harassing debtors automatically. Amplifying outrage to keep us divided and scrolling.

The people building these systems don't care about the harm. They care about efficiency and profit.

Where are the organizations actually helping people?

Social service nonprofits - keeping communities alive, protecting vulnerable people, doing work that matters - are barely using this technology. They're stretched impossibly thin, drowning in documentation, managing crises with skeleton crews and shrinking budgets.

This is backwards.

  • I started Goddess AI because I couldn't watch this happen anymore.

I spent five years doing child welfare data analysis in Wisconsin. I've helped state governments implement AI systems. I've seen what happens when it's done wrong. I witnessed the bias in resume screening algorithms firsthand and was so horrified I walked away from the industry for years.

But walking away doesn't stop the damage. It just means people who don't care about harm are the only ones building the future.

I have a research psychology background, not a computer science degree. I'm not a tech evangelist. The current political moment terrifies me. But it's made something clear: we can't afford to sit this out.

The people trying to harm vulnerable communities already have these tools. Your team deserves them too.
